ABOUT MISS CHLOE
Chloe Knapton is the proud principal and creator of Rising Stars & Shooting Stars. Chloe is a young adult who has been performing since the age of three and trained at Phil Winston's Theatreworks for three years in Musical Theatre and Dance. After years of competing, dance exams and shows, Chloe dreamed of dancing on a cruise ship. However, after a horrific ordeal in 2015 that left Chloe physically scarred, her confidence was knocked. Chloe has been teaching dance to children for a number of years and continued to do so despite her injuries, but while in recovery, she knew there was more for her.
Chloe has also been working with children with special and additional needs for five years now, along with caring for her cousin, who has Downs Syndrome. With this, Chloe became more and more interested about children and their different behaviours. In January 2016, Chloe had the idea to combine her two passions – teaching dance to children with additional needs! Straight away, the name 'Rising Stars' entered her head and never left as this is what she believes these children are! Chloe is also qualified in ISTD Ballet and holds an up to date Enhanced DBS check.
